Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.- Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.- We accept secure online payments through trusted providers such as Stripe or PayPal.- We do not store payment card details.
Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom.- Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout.- Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery information.- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Returns and Refunds Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@englishhampers.com, including a photo and order details. We will review and, if applicable, issue a refund or replacement.
