At Artisan County Hampers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each hampers is carefully curated and packed by hand to ensure an exceptional experience for our customer.
If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sales@englishhampers.com. We will be happy to assist you.
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that your received it.

Perishable or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrived aged or defective.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection or you refund.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied o your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
For any damage or missing items upon delivery, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
